Contracting and Procurement
To Our Customers and Suppliers,
One of the main missions of NCI Agency Capability Development (CD) is the acquisition of state-of-the-art C4ISR capability for the NATO Alliance and Nations. The responsibilities under this mission range from the procurement of commercially available communication and information technology products and services from our suppliers on an urgent, expedited basis to the procurement of complex major systems via International Competitive Bidding.
In order to better provide these products and services to our customers and facilitate our interaction with our suppliers we have developed contractual arrangements with suppliers from all 28 NATO Nations. The present page intends to make interfacing with the NCI Agency easier for our Suppliers.
We invite you to click on the links below to learn how to utilise these capabilities. The links have been divided into the following categories:
– This section lists the BOA bidding opportunities and International Competitive Bids/Notifications of Intent. Companies interested in bidding for full International Competitive Bidding will need to register through their national authorities. For BOA competitions, a provisional list of Potential Bidders is advertised together with the BOA competition’s announcement. This section also allows Companies to apply for a BOA Go to the Business Opportunities section
– This section facilitates the exchange of information for companies who already have a contract with the NCI Agency or who are bidding on an NCI Agency procurement. Go to the Current Suppliers section
